Prioritization of Effective Factors on Ineffectiveness in Agriculture Ministry Sport

Abstract:
The purpose of the present study is to identify and prioritization of effective factors on ineffectiveness in Agriculture Ministry sport. The research method is descriptive and it is a type of survey. Target population included physical education experts in company and organizations of agriculture ministry, and was 82 subjects. Data collection is done by researcher-made questionnaire whose face and content validity is confirmed by experts and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire (α = 0.81). Freidman test was used to analyze the data. The result showed, average rank of factors on ineffectiveness in Agriculture Ministry Sport was policy and decision of government, procedure, mission and goals, information system, organization structure and planning. For development government employees and increase people participation in sport program, sport strategy in government employees should write according of challenges policy, procedure, mission and goals, information system, organization structure and planning.
