Parliamentarians as part of the rulers, have the important function of Legislation and Monitoring that affect wide range of citizens and other officials and is directly related to the Public Interest. Thus, Representatives may be bribed or influenced in perform their duties in different ways. To prevent such threats, special methods of monitoring have been anticipated in framework rule of parliamentary conduct that alone is not enough and existence of posteriori mechanisms including monitoring authority and sanction of guarantee of mentioned rules is necessary. So, the main question is that what is the authorities and sanction of monitoring on professional conduct of Representatives? Seems, the pioneer countries in this field, have respected to the dignity of Representatives and with regard to that, have anticipated models of monitoring authority and sanction. In this regard, in our country there are gaps that should be device rede with regard to dignity of Representatives.
