In recent decades, Tehran, as the largest metropolis in the countris of the Middle East, has been grappling with traffic problems, and has seen so much damage and economic costs, social, cultural, environmental and seen;Tehran, has lost very capital, material, spiritual and human being; studies show that the issue of traffic on highways and major transportation lines of Tehran gone out normal and dimensions beyond the issue or problem to be;The traffic in Tehran, slowly around and Expand boundaries and to be near the crisis area, In other words, the traffic in Tehran, gradually developed its own limits and the limits of approaching crisis; so that the number of days in the year seriously be regarded as a crisis traffic.
