The relationship between spiritual health and quality of life in veterans with post- traumatic stress disorder covered by Bonyad shahid and veterans Affairs in Kerman, in 2014

War veterans have different physical and mental problems due to exposure to variety of traumatic events and stressors and these problems affect their quality of life seriously. One of the nonmedical treatments that can improve their quality of life is spirituality and spiritual health. Aim of the present study was to determine investigate the relationship between spiritual health and quality of life in war veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in war Veterans refferd to Kerman Bonyad Shahid in 2014. The study population included all war Veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) referring Kerman Bonyad Shahid in 2014, That have inclusion criteria. 143 war Veterans were randomly selected using demographic questionnaire, spiritual health, and quality of life was assessed compatibility. Data analysis was performed using Spss software version 21 with one way ANOVA and T and Pearson tests. The mean score of spiritual health in war veterans is 81/8 and quality of life is 61/7 and the majority of patients had a mean level of spiritual health. There was a significant positive relationship between spiritual health and quality of life. The findings showed that war Veterans spiritual health and quality of life has a direct relationship. According to role of mental health in improving the quality of life in war Veterans, recommended be thought strategies to improve the spiritual-religious coping war veterans to increase their quality of life.
