Accountability and public trust are the key concepts in the field of political science and public administration studies. This paper examines the role of Public accountability in improving public trust of citizens. In this study, public accountability has four dimensions: commitment, respect, transparency, and controllability, while public trust has three dimensions: reliability, integrity, and risk-taking.
