Function of intimacy and common language of managers and employers of SAAS in promoting of spiritual and effectiveness of organization

Intimacy and Common Language Functions of managers and personnel in elevation of Spiritual and organizational impressment. Supreme leader Imam Khamenei in beginning of this year 1394. in his Nowruz message called this year: State and Nation، intimacy and common language. He said: this year will be the year of great wishes for Islamic Republic of Iran. The functions of intimacy and common language is very important on variant domains، especial on management domain in (aghidati- Siasi) organization. This article will study the roles of intimacy and common language between the managers and personnel who work in agdidati- Siasi organization. In this research we utilized descriptive methodology and documentary and bibliography technique for data analyses. We hope this article will be useful for effectiveness elevation and spiritual comprehension elevation in aghidati- siasi organization.
