Abstract:
The aim of this study is Factors affecting staff flattery and its relation to career advancement in general directorate of youth and sport in Isfahan province. Method of research is correlation type and is applicable and was performed in the field. Statistical population of this study are all staff of general directorate of youth and sport in Isfahan. Since the statistical population volume was low (99 people) sample was considered equal to statistical population. Using measures of previous studies questions air was designed, and for its validity, final questionnaire was set by approval and conclusion of 12 professors of sport management course questionnaire stability are calculated by use of Cranach's alpha coefficient, for more than 70% questionnaires. Descriptive and inferential statistic (person correlation coefficient and regression) was used for data analysis. The results show that individual variables locus of control and Machiavelli's has significant relation (p≤0/05).......
