Religious Democratic Government Pattern Based on the Grand Leader's Statements (May his high shadow last)

Abstract:
Imam Khamenei (May his high shadow last) has posed the religious democracy concept since 1377. The article is to extract the religious democracy concept out of his statements according to the data-based theory. The article has considered his statements and has extracted 2673 codes since that time; then, deliberating those codes, concepts, and categories, it has classified the codes into seven groups including: necessities, contents containing the existence and non-existence, supporters, prohibited things, and outcomes. Finally, it has come to end with 35 categories. According to the results of the research, establishing the religious democratic government requires to implement the necessities especially the guardianship of the jurists, the Constitution, the contents like exerting Islam, the divine frame works, governing based on the values, and eliminating dictatorship. Continuing such a government is based on such supporters and prohibitions as vision, possibility of criticizing and protesting as protectors; and piling up wealth and misusing power as eliminators.
