This cultural evolution was accompanied with the fast growth of new institutions and with the purpose of the disintegration of traditional cultural centers by the government. Many cultural institutes which were established in this period were the Iranian schools opened abroad, some of the most important of which opened on the coasts of the Persian Gulf.
