The Effect of Cost Leadership Strategy to Increase Exports of Petrochemical Products Case Study: National Petrochemical Company of Iran

Abstract:
This paper examines effect of cost Leadership Strategy to increase exports of petrochemical products using Michael Porter's model and triangle of survival product. In this regard , the strategy of cost leadership , differentiation and Focus as the dependent variables and National Petrochemical Company of Iran's petrochemical products exports increased , as dependent variable. Results of a randomized study, which analyzed 30 samples (taken from a population of 300 managers and 400 experts) of five choice Likert questionnaire spectra were obtained using SPSS software.
Firstly a statistical coefficient Alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.918 and designed based on the Crohnbach's Alpha numbers with high confidence. Second, the strategy of cost leadership compare to two other strategies of differentiation and focus , has more meanful effect on increasing NPC'S products exports.Therefore this strategy requires careful attention of researcher.Finally, it has been tried to focus on how to implement this strategy , value creating for business management and developing appropriate condition .
