The protecting of Police personnel against the social threats bases of the Religion believes

There are many social threats and problem in organizations that can make disturbance between personnel and organization application. This problem may existence in Police Organization too. The main purpose of this research is discovery of this social threats and problems and protecting the Police personnel against them base on Religion believes. The methodology of this survey is analysis and descriptive and documentary. The results show that the Religion believes and Quran have very important role in reduce this social threats and preserve of crime and other social issues. On the other hand, the results of this research show those three factors same as individually, sociality and organizationally same as belief, the good practice, self-knowing, patient, social justice, application of God Rules, safe family, organizational justice, organizational culture and discipline have very important role in protecting of Police personnel against these threats.
