Modeling for Assessing the Quality of Entrepreneurship Training with an Emphasis on the Moderating Role of Teachers Capabilities and Use of Educational Facilities

Abstract:
According to the entrepreneurship literature, entrepreneurial knowledge and skills can be taught and developed in proper environment. Therefore, Training plays an important role in development of entrepreneurial culture. This study aims to examine the results of entrepreneurship training in a number of vocational schools in Bojnoord city and deliver a model for assessing the quality of the provided training based on research background. In this descriptive-survey study data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Findings revealed that entrepreneurial training can affect positively on creating the entrepreneurial intention in students based on three structures; creating entrepreneurial skills, build enthusiasm for entrepreneurial activities, and fostering entrepreneurial personality traits in students. Moreover; abilities of teachers and educational facilities moderate the relationship between entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial intention in students.
