An analysis and study of structure in a single-body high speed craft made of aluminum

Abstract:
In this paper, using aluminum in the body of high speed craft , the performance of each of the structural elements have been examined individually. we have also examined failures and arbitrary floating structures by showing realistic images of various parts of the structure, to make the reader more aware and familiar. In addition, in this study, the behavior of an element of structure in residual stress caused by heat of fusion joining process has been taken into consideration. Finally, we have tried to simulate the way of giving response in the software by analyzing its behavior in different parts of the structure in different conditions.It should be noted that the use of aluminum for its light weight and resistance to corrosion is widely growing in the world. However, it will lose its required strength easily and lack necessary performanc (efficiency) due to inadequate heat of fusion joints. Therefore, there is no proper place or position to use of these materials in shipbuilding industries.
