Designing a Model for Effective Factors on Career Orientations

Abstract:
Managing employees’ job development is an important issue in the field of human resource management. Job career comprisesa model or orientation of job development in accordance with employees’ attitude and motivation which play their role during working years. Hence, this research is intended to investigate block models or career orientation, or the harbors of progress in public organizations. This is an applied research based on exploratory- survey method. The data was collected by self-made questionnaires. The content validity of the identified factors was confirmed by experts, and the construct validity was approved through confirmatory factor analysis and QMO indicator. The reliability of the research was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The results confirmedthe presented model and indicated that the variables were effective in career references and job development route. The proposed relationship was found to be significantly rightful. Results also showed the rank of aspects and indicators, emphasizing on the fitness and alignment of the sample group to research population.
