Measuring the relationships among ‎university, industry and government in ‎Nano sector ‎using triple helix model

Investigating the dynamics of Iranian Nano-related publications form the ýperspective of triple helix model (THM) is the goal of this research. ý
The data of Nano-related publications collected from Iranian ISI ýpapers. This study maps the emergence of dynamics of knowledge base of ýinnovations using mutual information and transmission of uncertainty calculated ýby THM. The ýþth.exe andþ þth4.exþ þsoftware were used in the process of analyzing ýdata. Domestic and international collaboration is analyzed. ý
Findings: The findings show the capabilities of THM for improving policy making ýin science, technology and innovation (STI), especially in Nano sector and other ýtechnological sectors in Iran. Also, the results indicate weakness of the dynamics of ýknowledge-based relations among Iranian three sectors and international ýcollaborations.ý
