United States of America Strategy on ISIS

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is describing United States of America’s strategy on Islamic States of Iraq and Syria, well known to ISIS. For this reason, the author by resorting to descriptive- analytical method and use of constructive anarchy theory is in search for answer two following questions:1-What is the causes of U.S integration with ISIS?
2-What are the factors changing in U.S strategy on ISIS?
