From Monoalism to Mutilaterism: International Law and Use of Force against Iraq

Abstract:
Use of force against Iraq during past decade lead to development of some of international rules such as granting permission of using force from security council of the united nations under seventh chapter and restrictions imposed on this permission. This is tries to answer this question, and that is, to what extend we can considered military attempts against Iraq as a procedure.
