Evaluation of Soldier's Specialized training

Abstract:
The Soldiers project has been carried out for the purpose of providing a part of necessary skilled human resources for natural resources and agriculture sector from 2000. This study aims to evaluate professional training of Soldiers and its effect on their performance. Statistical population of this study was included members of Soldiers employed in rural areas in 2009 and 2010 (722 persons), from which, 176 persons was selected using stratified random sampling method from Kohkilooye-va-Boyer Ahmad, Ardabil, South Khorasan, Kermanshah and Mazandaran provinces and then related questionnaire was completed through direct interview. The results showed that implemented professional training for Soldier's members should be necessarily improved and corrected in implementation method of training's technological level and also content. The results also indicated that the implementation of professional training is necessary in the beginning of employment and during military service for the purpose of promotion in knowledge, and training and communication skills of Soldier's members.
