Analysis of the relationship between manager's communication skills with the Clark Network Management between sports Managers

Abstract:
The aim of present study was Analysis of the relationship between manager's communication skills with the Clark Network Management between sports Managers. The study is based on the functional purpose, the nature of the relationship and the survey was conducted. The population of this research were the managers of sports organizations Isfahan, 140 sports executives stratified random sample was selected. Measuring Research was communication skills (0.91) and inventory management network Clark (0.87) questionnaires. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods using SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. Results showed that communication skills and the management network Clark among sports executives there, the feedback component is greater share of forecast management network Clark (0.05 ≤p). It is generally acknowledged to be effective communication skills on the management network Clark and improved management of sports organizations and achieve a high level of productivity of the organization.
