A new narrative of the evaluation in education Based on philosophical hermeneutics

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to provide a new narrative of the evaluation, based on philosophical hermeneutics. The methods used in this research is Grounded Theory Based on inductive approach. Source data collection, interviews professors that in connection with the "hermeneutics and evaluation", with scientific work. After the research was coded and themes were determined, in the fifteenth interview, reached theoretical saturation. In the process of data analysis First, coding, after finding the major theme (central issues), and next step derive the sub-themes of the original and final conclusions were made. In the process of data analysis, was a major theme (central issues) and eight sub-themes. The major theme (central issues),Evaluation of the ability of a person in judgment, And sub-themes Are, Coordination with reflection, sharing, judgment, self-assessment, considering the questions real and virtual production - instead - reproduction of educational content, feedback, and ultimately people do not compare. So we can say based on the themes and sub-themes: evaluation, not just a tool for measuring the success of a person in an Arena, but at the judge's empowerment; and the most important criteria in determining the ability of a person to be considered educated than others. The ability of the judge as the goal of education, and sub-themes have been presented, are complementary and describing the main goal.
