Religious influence on organizational commitment of police staff (Case Study: Police command of employees Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province)

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the effect of religious teachings on organizational commitment, through the establishment of correlation between response variables, religious knowledge and commitment has been made. Descriptive correlational study aims to include 145 employees of the law enforcement community and province, which in 1393 was among the audience of political opinion programs. Measuring tool in the study questionnaire with acceptable reliability and validity, which is mentioned in three training courses were distributed among the audience. The experimental group received 32 class 1-hour group training program in the 9-month period. After the end of the study period, he showed a deep connection between popular response to his training with his knowledge excellence with religious approach On the other hand the promotion of religious-based perceptions and there is a positive correlation between organizational commitment and trained so that we can say a lot and have a positive impact on this period is variable.
