The Study of Effective Factors on Creating Agile Organizations Based on the Goldman and Nagel Model

Abstract:
Nowadays organizations are faced with an unprecedented level of change and competitive challenges that are continuously rising. Models, methods and tools that were used in the past to manage change, are valuable tools, but they are not enough to help the organization to keep pace with internal and external changes. One of the newest forms of organization to deal with these changes is an agile organization. To become agile organization, will need to make fundamental changes in how staff work, work systems and organizational culture .This research examines the factors affecting organizational agility. Given the importance of the subject, using the model of Goldman and Nagel, 6 factors were identified as factors affecting the agility of the organization, After analyzing the data using parametric statistical methods and first-order confirmatory factor model was performed, Important factors in the organizational agility in order to give importance to the people, information technology, readiness for change, organizational coordination, control of environmental uncertainty and empowering employees was obtained
