Abstract:
No doubt, Ibn Khaldun is one of the greatest scholars in the Islamic world and world in general. His unique, creative and innovative thoughts in the history of sociology, philosophy of history, and government and governing are not comparable to those of scholars preceding him. He can rightly be considered the founder of modern sociology and philosophy of history. The present article is aimed at explaining his thoughts and views on changes in prices.
