The declaring of innocence on behalf of the pagans (And the analysis of the concept of pagan)

Innocence from the pagans and the announcement on this issue is reassur ance for the jurisprudents of Islam both Shia and Sunni. What has caused this political obligatory issue become a conflicting one is accomplishment of the announcement in the incident of Hajj. Being innovative, the absence of pa gans in the modern Hijaz and the non-pagans of the followers of the Book and other issues including issues that caused this must to happen in hajj via Imam Khomeini was founded; And till today continues with challenges. The duty ex plained in this event is written but seems to be less about the jurisprudence side of things and more on the political and social effects. The writer believes that what caused the emergence of misconceptions in this regard was the lack of attention to the word “pagan” and its relation with innocence in one jurispru dential perspective. Seems that in the ayahs of the Holy Quran there are two types of Pagans and consequently we have two innocence that the separation of these two from each other in terms of explaining this “political jurisprudential obligatory” i.e. innocence from the pagans can be opening. It seems as though that innocence from the pagans that is emphasized on the Holy Quran and the Islamic jurisprudence is for the innocence from the front system and the one in .contrast with the way Islam has raised .
