Ayatollah JavadiAmolion the Genetic Relationship between Human and Quran

Abstract:
The present study using an analytic-descriptive method investigates in the works of Ayatollah JavadiAmolia hypothesis that says total human and Qurʾān have genetic relationship. Ayatollah Javadi believes that the total human and Qurʾān have an authentic and intrinsic connection with each other and their separation is due to the diversity present in the nature. His view has four basic principles: (1) Qurʾān is a graded fact which in the arc of descent includes all levels of universe, which means the divine, intellectual, imaginal, and written and oral levels; (2) the total and the perfect human have all levels of the universe in themselves, the former potentially and the latter actually; (3) God has taught Qurʾān to human and since this teaching has been prior to the creation of human, it must be a genetic teaching, not an ordinary teaching; (4) the only difference between human and Qurʾān is their natural existence. Qurʾān has a written form and human has the form of rational animal in order to be able to move and change in a progressive or regressive way. For human, Qurʾān is essential just like the form is essential for the matter. So, in spite of their different existential appearance in natural world, human and Qurʾān will unite in the Arc of Ascent.
