Investigation on the weakness and opportunity of using green building in Tehran by SWOT and PEST with the approach of ANP

Abstract:
Creating the conditions for a decent life¡ has always been the goal of man. The present study aimed to identify weaknesses¡ strengths¡ opportunities and threats green building industry in Iran. Therefore¡ by examining the problems surrounding the concept of green building in Iran¡ challenges and opportunities of green buildings by using SWOT and ANP¡ in the realm of research in Tehran¡ studied and finally¡ to develop proper strategies in this field. Strategies include improving the quality of construction in order to optimize the energy industry through state resources¡ with a value of 0.27¡ to recognize the real costs and the use of alternatives¡ with a value of 0.20 and development of education and culture surrounding green building technology¡ the next priorities are the equivalent value of 0.16. According to the results¡ the strategy of the state policy in the field of lending and tax relief in order to reduce costs and benefit from long-term economic benefits¡ on top of search strategies¡ the development of green building in Iran will bring industry.
