Prioritizing hospital for managing construction protecting against manmade threat

With regard to the potential threats and risks to national security¡ sovereignty and territorial integrity targeted attention to passive defense is a priority. Retrofitting buildings¡ especially building services - health when applied by the enemy threat and crisis mental role in establishing security and peace of the public¡ especially victims of accidents¡ play. In this study¡ a model based on prioritizing hospitals to retrofit them is provided. operation¡ continuity of performance¡ productivity¡ reliability and flexibility in retrofitting has been done.
