The reason behind such an endeavor is the necessity of comprehensive health and its profound impact on human’s efficiency in different levels of life. The paper at hand deals with the fundamental concepts of spiritual and psychological health system such as: health, soul, spirit, psycho, heart, psychological health and comprehensive health system. It paves the ground for laying the foundations of a compressive health system with particular objectives, fundamental concepts, premises, rules, realms and properties.
