Needs access to them requires the use of special measures,The provision of access and equal opportunity for the public is one of the pillars of civil rights.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the appropriate component of urban public spaces is for veterans and the disabled. This type of research is descriptive-analytic study And collect data from field studies and library use.As well as to analyze the findings of the SWOT model of inferential statistics and path analysis were used.The results of path analysis, Variable rate of pedestrian .733 And building bridges with the greatest impact in the right direction for the use of urban public spaces in the city of Khorramabad were veterans and the disabled. Swot model results also show that compliance with some good principles in urban spaces, such as the development of rules and standards of appropriate and relevant notification tothe device, Requiring municipalities to tailor urban spaces for the disabled and as the most important strengths, Frequent and continuous movement of officials at different levels, lack of parking spaces Prtrdd city and the most important threats,The establishment of constructive interaction between the municipality and well-being, the proper law for public and private organizations and agencies as the most important areas of opportunity And finally the most important threats to the severe shortage of facilities and equipment information,Neglect and organizations relevant to the position of disabled people in urban spaces, and so on.
