EvaluatingQualittative and QUanatitive indicators of hosing with and approtchto Sustainable Development (Case Study: Saman City)

Considering the effects which sustainable development has had on physical, social and economic environments, recently it has received significant attentions from urbanists and urban planners. Considering the significance of housing in the structure of contemporary cities and their citizens’ lives, paying attention to principles of sustainable development for spatial, social justice and for physical structure of cities seems important; therefore, the present study aims at analyzing and evaluating the state of quantitative and qualitative indicators of housing in Saman City. The research method is descriptive-analytical with an applied approach. In the present study, to evaluate the state of housing indicators in the four areas of Saman City, the three decision making models of TOPSIS, Vikor and COPRAS were used, which after getting experts’ ideas, the weighting model of ANP was used for weighting indicators. In the present study, seven housing indicators, with the approach of sustainable development, including society, economy, supergranulation, density, environment, and housing facilities were used. Findings of the research indicate that in most of housing indicators in different areas of Saman City, there are the lack of equality and stability which are among components of sustainable development
