Fulfillment of psychological contract and organizational support challenge of professional staff's motivatio

These days, employment contracts are regarded as conceptual models or patterns of employment disciplines in business. Some aspects of such disciplines include written contracts, rules of institutions and official documents which are almost known as economic contracts. Then respect and dimensions that are hidden in the words and sentences are called psychological contract. On the other hand the perceived organizational support represents the staff's opinion about the organizations commitment to them. The aim of the present study is to investigate the effects of psychological contracts fulfillment by employers on the perceived organizational support if professional by employers on the perceived organizational support of professional stuff. A sample of 317 persons from central offices of Melli, Keshavarzi, sodden at banks in the field of IT was selected. The finding revealed that there is a positive and meaningful correlation between the psychological contract and organizational support (0.82 and 13.51) hence, it can be concluded that organizations attempts to fulfill their promises and pledges can positively affect the perceived organizational support.
