The effectiveness of educational managers based on personality traits (case study: educational managers a military organization)

Abstract:
Introduction
the pundits believe that the most important component of psychological factors affecting on efficacy, personality traits are. Therefore, this study aimed to identify personality traits affecting on efficacy of educational managers done in a military organization.
Method
this research was could base on the purpose of applied research. Method of this research is qualitative in nature. The statistical population of this study included of two groups: pundits or elites and efficient educational managers. Sampling method was also targeted. According to this sampling method, sample size was based on theoretical saturation. The interviews were used to collect information that data analyzed using content analysis method was used.
Results
the findings showed that the main personality traits influence on efficacy of educational managers was consisted of conscientiousness, openness, strictly, self-esteem, self-confidence, flexibility, loyalty, hard work, open to experience, stability of personality, reception of risks, interpersonal trust, tolerance of ambiguity and finally multi-dimensional personality (introspection with extroversion). Binomial test conducted on the Delphi data showed that except openness and conscientiousness, are significant at 0/05 level, the remaining of the component in the 0/01 level was significance and approved by the experts.
Discussion
the finding of the study, one of the most important psychological factors affecting on the efficacy, that's mean, personality traits, to says policy makers, administrators and educational leaders, teachers and educators. These findings are consistent with prior research and some non-aligned. The study showed that personality traits play a decisive role in predicting the efficacy of educational managers.
