The relationship between the efficiency of in-service training courses and its role in the increase of effectiveness of the clerks Islamic Azad universities lorestan branch

The main purpose of this research was knowing the rate of the effect of during work courses and its role in the increase of effectiveness of the clerks Islamic Azad universities lorestan branch which was done based on correlative search method .The static sample consisted of all .The clerks in1394,including588 people therefore ,based on Kokran sampling method 233wereselected.
The data collection method in this research was the question aire .To analyze the information ,some tests like pearson were used by means of spss21.The results showed that there wasn’t a meaning ful relationship between during work courses and the increase of the capabilities of the clerks in Islamic Azad universities of lorestan ,but there was a meaning ful relationship among the realization of organization aims ,the clerks effectiveness ,and the needs of the clerks in these universities ,which ,finally, based on the obtained result some effective suggestions were delivered.
