The Relationship between spiritual leadership styles of administrators with organizational commitment of teachers

Abstract:
This study has been aimed to investigate the relationship between spiritual directors of leadership style and organizational commitment of teachers from the view of secondary school (first and second) teachers. The research method was a survey- correlation. The study population consisted of all first and second secondary school teachers in the academic year 1394-95 of Khoda Afarin city with a sample size of 100 to 130 using a single-stage cluster sampling is stratified. Measuring Tools of the study: 1- Inventory of spiritual leadership of Melanie Frye (2008) with an overall Cronbach alpha coefficient 0/91, and 2- Organizational Commitment Questionnaire of Allen and Meyer (1987) alpha coefficient are generally 0/89. In the analysis of data correlation coefficient was used to analyze the questions. Based on the findings at a significance level of 0.00, are related between spiritual leadership style and organizational commitment (affective, continuance and emotional).
