Appraisal of inclination to organization excellence in charmaha bakhtiyari province police forces

Today every organization that has designed and implemented its human resource excellence and management through enhancement of motivation and faith can be successful in its endeavors .Therefore in this research with the aim of appraising the extent of inclination to organization excellence, the extent of charmaha bakhtiyari province police personnel inclination to organization excellence are studied.
It is a descriptive research in which metric method is used and its aim is applicatory. The statistics population is consisted of charmaha bakhtiyari province police personnel among whom 120 persons by stratified sampling selected and required data through organization excellence questionnaires extracted and its reliability and validity confirmed using alpha chronbach and confirmed by experts. For analysis at descriptive level, frequency table and at elicitation level, T test by SPSS software were used.
Based on findings of research the extent of personnel inclination to organization excellence and possession of those factors, both of them are higher than medium average. Also the factors of bias to action, attention to needs of customers and clients, independent and organization entrepreneurship, performance increase using personnel and common values in inclination of personnel to organization excellence are reported higher than medium average but factors of competitive advantage, flexible and simple structure are low medium average.
