Similarities and differences between judicial decisions and administrative decisions looking at Press Supervisory Board decisions

Message:
Abstract:
From the moment that Complainant would present his demand to the court until a final judgment is implemented, court makes decisions and do some actions about the case. These decisions reflect the will of the court magistrate and ultimately cause a pronouncement. Courts are always a source of judicial decisions but some of them also issue orders that are purely administrative. Despite the many similarities in the field of human rights principles and rules of procedure in judicial and administrative decisions, there are some between them that the most important difference is the nature of their decisions. The Press Supervisory Board's decisions have dual nature; A type of administrative decisions and the other is quasi-judicial.
