The relationship between organizational justice and organizational paranoia regarding the moderating role of perceived organizational support on employees

Abstract:
Like humans, Organizations may be healthy or sick. From psychological disorders in organizations, organizational paranoia can be noted that originate from employees negative attitudes. Employees sense of justice or injustice and also their perception of organizational support could motive formation of positive or negative attitude, so that impact on the level of organization’s cynicism and getting sick. This study examines the relationship between organizational justice and organizational paranoia regarding the moderating role of perceived organizational support on the employees. Statistical population of this study includes all employees in Islamic Azad University of Mashhad. Research data was collected using questionnaires through a stratified sampling method proportional to the population. In order to analyze the research data, pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling were used. Our findings confirmed the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational paranoia of employees.
