Compariosn of Theory of Mind and Emotional Intelligence in Addicted People under Treatment and Healthy People

The aim of the present study was to compare theory of mind and emotional intelligence in addicts in treatment and healthy subjects. Therefore, using conrenience sampling 50 male addicts in treatment from Addiction Treatment Centers of Bonab and Maragheh (Bahar and Shaffa), and 50 healthy males were selected. The groups were matced. They completed Reading Mind from Eyes Test (RMET) and Bar-on Emotional Intelligence Inventory. Data were analyzed by MANOVA.
