National Security of Islamic Government from the Viewpoint of Shia Jurisprudence

The aim of the present study is to analyze the national security based on the opinion of Shia jurisprudence. One of current and serious challenges of the Islamic countries is national security. Considering the deep and extensive capacity of jurisprudence in explanation of the issue of national security in the Islamic countries, with attempt to use inferential and referential methods, we have tried to extract the juridical clauses [and sayings] related to national security, and with seeking help from a mixed theoretical framework comprised of quadruplet reasons (derived from the Islamic philosophy) and quintuple interests (derived from jurisprudence), we have tried to solve this issue from the juridical aspect. According to this theoretical framework, as an occurring affair, national security has four reasons: materialistic, facial, subjective and final, and all of them will be discussed.
