The Role of Reservation (Taqi e) in the Advancement of Intelligence Goals in the Islamic Discipline

The starting point of noticing the role of Reservation in intelligence goals is secret keeping and concealing in the intelligence affairs. In order to make this noticing ripe and deep, the intelligence goals should be known scientifically and basically, which is possible by knowing the foundational concepts in the intelligence and governmental goals in Islam. Although with addition of some sort of interpretations and explanations, all credible goals in the Islamic discipline can be regarded as essential, practicing lenient Reservation is accompanied by problems in many cases. Hence, in the second step, the functionality of dreadful Reservation verdicts in the advancement of necessary intelligence goals should be analyzed.
