Evaluation of the e-learning field of information and knowledge of the National Library and Archives of the Islamic Republic of Iran, based on components standard SCORM

This study aimed to evaluate the quality of e-learning courses of the National Library and Archives of Iran in the field of science and knowledge have been conducted.
This study used survey methods. Structured questionnaire based on standard components is SCORM. All e-learning research community staff and management are to organize and process information to collect information from the structured questionnaire of ready-made SCORM based on standard components, is used.
Findings: In the final analysis, the average 8 component (accessibility, interactivity, instructional design, organize content, learning management systems, feedback, multimedia and metadata) was 2/52 that Using the proposed three ranges (well, fairly favorable, unfavorable) and 1/66 point cut, desirable criteria.
The results showed that the degree of compliance with the standards in the organization, in terms of the relatively favorable and Research yields useful data for the design and production of content, teaching and learning strategies as well as decide the type of training gives organizers and learners.
