Investigating empathy among faculty members with managerial positions according to gender

The purpose of the study is to investigate the empathy among faculty members with managerial positions in Rafsanjan. This study applied research was done on 61 participants. There was no sampling due to the small size of the community and all members of society are evaluated using the empathy questionnaire of Davis (IRI). The findings suggest that, between the faculty and gender there is no empathy and sympathy for members were at low-level.
