To study the comprehensive information foraging system of external audiences in Social Security Organization

Abstract:
The main aim of present paper is to study the comprehensive information foraging system of external audiences in Social Security Organization. Research methodology is survey – type and its population consists of all insured individuals (5,810,854 persons) in Tehran branches. By using Kokaran equation, 24 persons were selected among 32 branches in Tehran by using random layer sampling method and a structured questionnaire was distributed among them. Research unit in present study includes all insured in Tehran. Internal validity of the questionnaire was determined by Cronbach’s alpha ratio (0.78). Achieved results indicate that there is a significant relationship between inter-organizational audiences’ satisfaction and SSO comprehensive information foraging system. Also, there is significant link between inter-organizational audiences’ attitude and SSO comprehensive information foraging system and also between the type of planning and SSO comprehensive information foraging system. Likewise, there is a significant association between inter-organizational audiences’ communication and SSO comprehensive information foraging system.
