The Reliability and Validation Ofof Service Quality in Sport Questionnaire (SPORTSERV)

In the past two decades, the sports industry has been proposed interest in service quality; So that nowadays, service quality is one of the most important topics in the field of sports management and marketing services. For this purpose, This research has been designed and conducted to evaluate the Reliability and Validation of Service Quality in Sport Questionnaire (SPORTSERV) as an instrument to assess the status of Perceived service quality of spectators. A 20 question questionnaire of theodorakis has been used to measure the service quality by studying the background of existing researches. The population under study was spectators in Futsal Premier League, according to the formula Cochran was selected 384 people as sample randomly. In this research, the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate the validity of structure after assessing the validity of content and convergent validity (average variance extracted). And, to evaluate the combinational reliability, Cronbach’s Alpha was used. The results of exploratory factor analysis indicated that four factors were explained by 70.66% of variance, and KMO was measured 87%. The reliability of the questionnaire was reported to be 0.92 and 0.96 based on Cronbach’s Alpha and combinational reliability, respectively.Given the fact that the validity and reliability indexes of questionnaire have all been reported to be in a satisfactory condition, this questionnaire can be used as a valid and reliable questionnaire to measure sports Justice and its dimensions.
