Analyzing the effect of culture and organizational shared values on society police (emphasis on increasing citizens sense of security)

Society –oriented police approach¡ causes encourage beneficiaries in supporting performance of programs. Changes in same organizational factors. We try to identify the role of organization shared cultural to implement socially the – oriented police approach.
The research is applied and explanative-descriptive. Sampling is fixed ideally. In quantity part¡ research population includes 180 senior managers of NAJA. Sampling in this stop is stratified random 85 persons in accordance with Cochran formula.
Finding: regression analysis finding showed that variables such as organizational knowing¡ organizational marks¡ personals professional ethics affect implementing society approach and these three variables identify 63% of society –oriented approach variance.
The responsible should consider suitable actions in order to empower the factors of culture and organizational shared values as a variable having effective role in implementing society – oriented approach.
