The Analytical on Factors Affecting on Supply Chain Performance with the Approach Consolidated Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Fuzzy TOPSIS (Food Industry Companies Shiraz Industrial Town)

The aim of this research is identify and ranking factors affecting of supply chain performance in the food industry companies. The study population this research are managers and employees some food industry companies located in Shiraz industrial town. The data of collection toolis questionnaire that in Likert scaleby managers and employees of companies distributed and collected. The method used is combination of the two approachesconfirmatory factor analysis and fuzzy TOPSIS. After studying the literature26 factors affecting in supply chain performance was identified, In the first stage with experts opinions of the academic and industry, was identified an important factor 22 through confirmatory factor analysis. In the second stage, from Shannon entropy for gain the importance weight of expert opinions and fuzzy TOPSIS to ranking factors affecting in supply chain performance used. The results of present research showthat factors Supplier selection, Timely delivery of goods, Purchase order cycle time, Power and Quality are the most important factors affecting on supply chain performance in the industry and have higher ranks relative to other factors.
