Promotion of Respect to Human Right's Norms and Rules in Shadow of Inter-Religious Dialogues

Despite the appearance of numerous written and customary human rights rules, the human society still suffers from the inefficiency of these rules, caused by governments, under the legal and apparently legitimate justifications. International courts and tribunals have always been affected by this deficiency.One can find the grounds for such disruptive behavior, most of which are rooted in social backgrounds, and beyond the scope of this article. However, ideological approaches has been the one of most significant factors that always and everywhere has led to public social change, the most prominent of which being “Religious Beliefs”. This factor can, through affecting the behavioral ways and norms of the individuals, lead them (as both subjects and objects of the rules) to ways that rulers domination Criteria on subjects are also affected by those teachings and views that religion has brought for them. It will not be possible except through dialogue and exchange of ideas among great religions and believers to them. That exchange of ideas leads to three relative unity, mutual respect and more complete awareness (about all the rights). This article, by conducting a research in states practices, available documents and international courts case law, and by studying the defects in international practice which are rooted in religions being away from each other, intends to provide a comprehensive plan that based on its findings suggests, one of the ways to reach the universal observance and respecting the human rights, not fully realized in the context of international instruments, would be the interreligious dialogue and mutual use of their thoughts.
