Studying the Relationship between Moral Intelligence and Life Orientation with Effectiveness of Female Teachers

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to describe and explain the relationship between moral intelligence and life orientation with effectiveness of female teachers in high school of Firooz Abad City. The research method was descriptive in type of correlation. Statistical population of this research included 107 individuals of female teachers who taught at high school of Fars Firooz Abad in 2014 School year , that have been studied on the basis of census. For data collection, Lennick & Kiel's moral intelligence questionnaire (2005), Carver & Scheier's optimism questionnaire (2003), Moghimi and Ramezan (2010) effectiveness questionnaire have been used. For analysis of data, Pearson correlation ratio statistical tests, one sample Kolmogorov – Smirnoff test (one sample K.S), independent simple T – test, variance analysis test (ANOVA) have been used. Results show that there is meaningful and direct statistical correlation between moral intelligence and life orientation and effectiveness of teachers. In addition, there is a meaningful and direct statistical correlation between moral intelligence and any dimensions of effectiveness.
