Comparison of Cultural Intelligence, Social Intimacy and Job Satisfaction between Teachers and Health workers

The aim of this study is to compare the relationship between Cultural intelligence, social intimacy and job satisfaction among two groups of teachers and health workers. Method of this study is analytic_descriptive and Ang's cultural intelligence , Miller's Social intimacy, and JDI's job satisfaction questionnaires, were used employed. The statistic society included official female teachers in Alborz province in the school years 2013-14 and female health workers of Alborz province , 100 persons were elected by Cluster random , sampling method . The Regression and Pearson statistic method were used. The research showed there was a significant relationship between three variables in the two groups of teachers and health workers. The relationship between cultural intelligence and job satisfaction was significant among teachers.Cultural intelligence and social intimacy correlated to health workers significantly. The results of the study do not show a significant difference comparing between two groups.
