Capacities of the Theories in International Relations in Spreading Islam in the International Scale

Abstract:
Spreading Islam in the international domain requires convenient ground and instrument. With the emergence of communication technology and increasing of the speed of message transfer which simplified the interaction among different nations and cultures, this has gained a more serious form and initiated a new door for international advertising of Islam. The present study aims at finding international communication capacities for global advertising of Islam and tries to analyze the international communication theories with descriptive-analytical method and after explanation of the principle of “advertising” (Tabliiq), attempts to gather the capacities of this domain. Theories such as: public domain, information society and globalization; and also international regulations of communications like freedom of speech and religion are theories and laws looking at which can be beneficial in spreading of Islam. This paper claims that compiling of the plan for international advertisement engineering is the only way for using the capacity of international communications for international advertising of religion in the present era.
